The storm is one of the worst phones out. Obviously you work for Verizon.

The Storm is one of the worse phones out there, I worked at Verizon as a tech support agent and it was HORRIBLE when the Storm came out. The Reason VZW fanman enjoys his is because of crackberry. And honestly 90% of the customers I doubt have the time to go download beta software on their Storm, plus trying to figure out how to install it, to make it work correctly. Verizon really dropped the ball with the Storm, and hopefully they don't with the Storm 2 because for some off reason most their smart phones are CRAP!

actually dude, i don't, i am a poor college kid :-L. haha. well once that os comes out, the storm will be like a whole new phone. um hello mrtmo, it takes the same amount of time and the same amount of ease as downloading an official os dummy. i've been happy with my storm since i got it in january. no complaints. i just like testing every beta that comes out for it. it's easy and fun. :-)

Right, but most the time they come into the stores to do the official upgrades... and obviously the stores won't do beta software. So unless Verizon releases better software which last time i had checked they had not then people are limited to what they got. Nothing against you, Verizon just released the phone to soon to make some money in the holidays

34. vzw fanman posted on 28 Sep 2009, 16:16

hmmm i didn't even know they do it for you in the stores lol. if you can't hook your phone up to a computer and take a half an hour out of your busy schedule then you are lazy. :-)

35. MrTmo posted on 28 Sep 2009, 16:53

Its not the time it takes it's finding the beta software on crackberry, going in and taking the vedor file out and then updating it, i'm sorry but most customers wouldn't know where to begin. :)

36. Kiltlifter posted on 28 Sep 2009, 19:35

And becuase "most" customers don't know where to begin proves they shouldn't own the phone. The advantage of a smartphone is the synchroniztion capabilities with a desktop computer for contacts, calendar and email. If you own a blackberry and don't get email on it... WHAT'S THE POINT!? Idiot consumers that pretend they are too busy to learn about their phone probably suck at life as well. I know I wouldn't want a doctor or a lawyer operating on or defending me that didn't know how to work their blackberry, since they are the EASIEST smartphone to use... PERIOD. All carriers need to stop selling smartphones to people who have no business owning them.

that's why there is an easy to use guide on crackberry on how to update your os, hehe.

LOL! Come on At&t, your suppose to be the premium version of Tmobile and yet it seems Tmobile's network seems a lot more stable then yours, and they have a better touch screen phone! MyTouch 3G/Android will take over!

Why is this even news? It's not like anyone is really surprised. Anyway, I can't help this next one: congratulations At&t, your 3G network is now no different than Nextel's iDEN.

25. theman414 posted on 28 Sep 2009, 09:16

Not one problem so far

27. VZWsucks posted on 28 Sep 2009, 09:57

its funny you look at any VZW posts and there are 2-3 comments... You come on a AT&T post and all the fanboys start opening up their mouth?
