AT&T giving out free MicroCells to its best customers with poor coverage

Targeting the top 7.5% of its 3G customers whom AT&T believes should have poor cellular coverage at home or in the office, those users will receive a direct mailing making them eligible to receive a free 3G MicroCell in return for a verbal agreement of a 1 year equipment agreement...

"the user is required to pay AT&T $199.99 for the usage of the equipment, with the amount owed dropping $16.67 per month" thats nice carge the customer for something that aint their fault

that would work if att wasnt bigger. Verizon cell phone division is bigger but att is huge in businesses. And they wouldnt work together GSM & CDMA

the closer it gets to a monopoly the more we the customers loose. so Verizon buying ATT would be a bad thing.
and Verizon needs to do the same thing! I don't get any bars in my home!

You guys are hilarious. If you happen to live in an area where there is little to no coverage or your house is built with poor material that doesnt allow signal to go through properly how is that your carriers fault? next time....choose you service and test it out before you keep it. And be glad AT&T is offering this to those customers who doesnt receive the best service......... As we all know there is no carrier in the US that provides service everywhere. So unless you live in every single inch of the US, stop complaining.
