AT&T delayed the MediaFLO service to the beginning of 2008
AT&T’s MediaFLO support was delayed to the beginning of 2008, as the previously announced date for its release was the end of 2007. The biggest wireless carrier in the USA drops behind its rival Verizon, which started offering the network service in March this year. MediaFLO is a broadcasting technology, allowing the watching of high-quality TV, by supporting multiple real-time audio and video streams, as well as IP Datacast application data such as stock market quotes, sports scores and weather reports.
