AT&T is apparently in advanced talks with Leap Wireless, MetroPCS and Dish Network, i.e. anyone that might have spectrum for sales to chip in for the well-being of its 4G network...

The article mentions nothing about how AT&T wants the spectrum BACK tht they allegedly sold to those other companies. The title states one thing, and the article states another.
