Ok, lets look at this situation, we have a kid, on a message board, on a phone website, talking smack, and they're the one calling someone else an imbecile/ retard...really? Let's do look at this situation, shall we? You live in Georgia, correct? K. You say that because you get 3g coverage, Mobile TV coverage even, that surely in NJ, where the lawsuit is taking place, there is in fact 3g coverage, and this person is trying to make a quick buck. Welcome to class, because you're about to learn a few good lessons. First off, the iPhone 3g (Which you have a Vu, so your point if it was at all relevant is no longer relevant.) has a KNOWN issue connecting to 3g. It's known, people have known this since July of last year. It's not new, it's one of the main flaws that even though you can be in 3g coverage the iPhone 3g will only pick up 2g EDGE service. Hence why this guy is saying it's misleading because it says 3g, but why has so many devices failed in picking up 3g? And Apple claims they've fixed this, but they haven't. And it's not number 1 on their priority list. Second off, I'm not sure if you've realized this, but lately in the news AT&T doesn't have the greatest network by a variety of good sources such as Consumer Reports and JD Power & Associates. And also, AT&T doesn't have the greatest rep when it comes to advertising. Remember the "Fewest dropped calls" campaign? Do you know why they don't air it anymore? Competitors filed cease and desist orders because in the tiny, tiny fine print it said through a third party survey that in the Twin Cities, on every other Tuesday afternoon between 5pm and 5:30pm, AT&T had the fewest dropped calls. AT&T has been KNOWN to mislead and falsely advertise about their network. It's not new, so whether or not he's trying to make a buck, it's not BS. They're known issues. Now, about talking smack. I called you a moronic imbecile because you came in swinging on a phone industry forum saying some guy is BSing the lawsuit. You obviously didn't know any of the above topics before you posted. Therefore, when it comes to the industry, you don't have a great knowledge of the history and happenings of the industry. Yet YOU feel the need to spew your biased and unfounded opinions on the topic. And you're calling me a kid?
