AT&T’s Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket might get updated to Android Ice Cream Sandwich even sooner than expected as what looks like the very official ICS 4.0.3 firmware…

Man, if the Skyrocket gets ICS before the regular GS2, that's just plain gonna suck.

You could always root and run a custom ICS rom on your I-777.

But I would agree that the skyrocket version get ICS before the SGH I-777 considering how closely related it is to the GT-I9100

Yeah, only a few countries in Europe have gotten it. And they are unlocked and unbranded GT I1900's. Not the AT&T subsidized I-777

Downloading official update on my skyrocket now!

Update installed.... 2.3.6 this is not ICS Samsung! This is a silly little update that was on the gs2 months ago and wasn't available on the skyrocket even yesterday!
