AT&T Plus offers premium service for AT&T customers

AT&T is rolling out a new service to certain areas of the U.S. market; the program is called AT&T Plus and offers few extras in return for some extra charges; at this moment, membership gives you a dedicated customer service phone number and 25% off all non-Apple AT&T phone accessories...

I don't have AT&T and I get 10X better Customer Service then I ever got with VZW or T-Mo.

Verizon customer service is pathetic. ..they have settled billion dollar lawsuits for.phantom data charges and pathetic billing.practices. They FIRE all their in store tech support and now use sales reps as their customer service on the frontline. Which means they could care less about your billing concerns or your issues that don't.have anything.t do with sale. T mobile and.sprint are bleeding so.bad they will give customers pretty much anything to.stay with them.
Att has 100 million plus subs and they still have customer service pros in their stores....dedicated technicians in dedicated service service centers that fix phones and solve issues while training customers on.how to.use devices. ...sales reps that actually print up your bill and show you what it will look like every month....service that att offers is far ar better than.its.competition. That why they have so.many subs without having to buy alltell

Some AT&T stores suck ass tho. Like the one here, if you are not starting new service or getting a smart phone, they tell you they are out of stock. Thirsty ass salesmen

Godfather is right. I've had Sprint, Verizon, and T-Mo and ATT customer service beats them all by a very wide margin. I've never had anything wrong with my bill, nothing needs to be reversed, and theya re always happy to answer any questions I have. I don't see why their customer service gets so much hate.

yep I agree, VZW customer service is so pathetic they've only won the JD powers & associates award the past 2 times for best customer service in the nation. Beat that with you dumazz comments.
The last experience I had with ATT was having to call for some relatives and the fricken outsourced rep wouldnt even tell how many minutes I had used. She seemed mad i had called for assitance. It wasnt until I got to a real retention ATT rep that i actually had good service as she was willing to go out of her way to make things right. However i do have to give you props for sticking up to ATT.....no one ever does nowadays.
