AT&T HTC 8X finally gets Portico update

It has been almost a month since the Portico update began rolling out to Windows Phone 8 devices, and the AT&T HTC 8X is finally getting in on the fun. The update should be pushing out over-the-air right now and will bring your 8X to software build 10211...

What do you mean "finally" ?? Windows Phone 8 is less than 3 months old and updates are already rolling out to the majority of end users. Compare this to Jellybean which is only on 10% of android handsets , despite having been released 7 months ago.
