In less than one month from today – on June 6, to be more specific, Asus will host a press conference at the Computex expo in Taipei. Will it be exciting? Yeah, most likely. Chances are that we'll see new products on stage at the event, and among them might be a new Transformer device or two. Or at least that's the conclusion we arrived at after watching the teaser video you see below.

The video has the enigmatic "We Transform" title attached to it, which leads us to believe that a new member of the Asus Transformer series will be announced officially. In fact, we may already know what tablet Asus has in stock. We're talking about the Asus ME302C tablet leaked last month, the existence of which was confirmed by data in the GLBenchmark database. What we know about the device so far is that it runs Android 4.2.2 and has a 1920 by 1200 pixel screen. An Atom processor running at 1.6GHz, most likely the Z2560, provides the necessary computing power.

For those who need a refresher, Asus launched its Transformer lineup back in 2011 with the Asus Eee Pad Transformer – an Android tablet that could be used as a notebook computer after being attached to a hardware keyboard dock, hence the name. Then came the Asus Transformer Prime with its Tegra 3 processor, and the gorgeous Asus Transformer Pad Infinity, which you can read all about in our review.

That's all the information we have for now, but we're expecting to learn more as the event nears. Asus has four more teaser videos to post, so we'll keep our eyes open and keep you updated on the matter.
