ABI Research looked at the mobile app stores and came to the conclusion that the Apple App Store is the best of the lot, followed by the Google Play Store and the Windows Phone Store; when talking about innovation, ABI had the Windows Phone Store on top, narrowly topping Apple with the Google Play Store in third...

The App Store is okay, but it needs some serious tweaking and updating in my opinion. Apple should consider adding video previews, so you see a demo if the game play or app in use.

Google Play looks much better to me, but it could benefit from that live tile kind of effect the App Store has.

I have not had the pleasure of using WP8's app market yet, but I look forward to it.
