What the the microsoft update team must do is hurry up and buy all the models of the windows phone 7 devices that are for sale and give them the update before they make the update available to all so they can see what problems if any these differant models of the Windows phone 7 will have with the update software. if Microsoft see's a problem with the Phones in their lab they'ill know their windows phone 7 customers will have the same problem. Microsoft can make a fix on the update programs before they make them available to the public.
