Very cool concept but using Microsoft Kinect means always having something monitor you and your personal use of the technology which I am sure infringes on personal space and rights.

Data mining software is already built into windows, so whats the difference of using this or your PC? the only thing that bothers me is that the kinnect is a camera, so it sees you as well.
