$99 Android tablets could come as soon as Q3

Get ready for an onslaught of super-cheap Android tablets, because word has it they will start hitting store shelves later this year. We already knew that the Asus MeMo Pad HD is on the way, but a new report from DigiTimes is saying that will be the first of many, including a number of 7" Android tablets that will cost just $99...

Less RAM.
Less processor
= Less Specs
More the screen size

More the Lag.

im guessing Mediatek Quad core processors , 1 or 2 GB of RAM , vga front ,5 mp rear , card slot , 8 or 16 GB storage ,720p IPS pannel or 1024x600 IPS pannel so its not going to be that bad

Below $99 Android tablets have been available in India and China for quite a while now. Most come with ICS , but are OK and get most things done. There were even ultra cheap ones which used to come with resistive touch screens, but dont seem to be around now.
