THe 6.1 inch Huawei Ascend Mate is set to launch next week in China with the large-sized smartphone getting released on March 21st at a price of 3,120 Yuan ($502 USD) which is a lower price than expected; in addition, the device has been priced in Europe by Amazon Germany which has a listing with the phone priced at €499 ($646 USD)...

China is the largest smartphone market, the smaller smartphone companies like to hit China first, make some good revenue and use that money to make a solid global launch.
