LOL! you don't give up do you?

no but i speculate and judging from the evidence i have so far which is this picture it's more likely to be running ICS than Gingerbread because of the fact that there's no Capacitive Buttons on it. Yes, I can see that, but I've seen GB phones that aren't powered on with capacitive buttons, but couldn't actually see them till the phone was powered on. Besides there isn't much you can get out of this picture. Another concept picture? Maybe?

I've said this before. Motorola has made it clear that the Razr is taking priority in their plans for updates. what i believe this means is that Moto is actually readying builds of ICS for the Razr and sending them to Verizon but they're not clearing them. Moto has no control over that. all they can do is fix whatever Verizon says to fix and send the newer builds to them for evaluation. this is the case with all OEMs and it's happened before between Motorola and Verizon with the Droid X and again when Moto was prepared to unlock the Bootloaders for their devices on Verizon but Verizon didn't allow it. You're lost and I'm starting to feel bad for you. From what I've seen and especially talking to both companies, they all point the finger at the other and none of them are taking responsibility for the locked bootloaders. Ask yourself this, if Verizon was the sole blame for the locked bootloaders, then why is HTC being allowed to unlocked theirs? HTC released an unlock tool for all their phones and ones on Verizon's network.

well just a picture sure has gotten a mighty rise out of you huh? you're just spouting meaningless nonsense. Nonsense? Really? Coming from someone started with sarcasm to my post a few pages back. I'm sure this picture has somehow gotten a rise out of you that feel compelled to protect it from being bashed. Go figure lol

you obviously feel cheated or something that Moto hasn't pushed ICS to the Razr and what i'm saying is that i don't really care that it hasn't happened yet because i know it will. good things come to those who wait. Cheated? No, but I believe Android wasn't meant for this kind of treatment from the OEM's. It wasn't what Google intended it to be. ICS was suppose correct the fragmentation issues, but since the OEM's take so long to update their phones, the more the developers of apps will walk away. I'm sure you're actually reading the updates on this site aren't you?

i'm pretty stubborn when someone rubs me the wrong way.

i'm aware of that possibility. the Droid Incredible S/2 is an example of a device like that but this isn't anything that's been done by Motorola before. it's more likely this is a device designed for use with ICS than a device with hidden buttons.

i have no explanation for that but why would Motorola say their going to do something when it's going to make them look bad if they don't? it still ties into my original point.

no, i hate paranoid posts that don't make any sense like what you posted. you even thumb up you own posts. it's pretty sad and before you rebuddle why don't you go ahead and thumb up a thumbed up post right now if i'm wrong?

don't like it, get a Nexus. that's what they're here for. there's an obvious fragmentation issue but it's not as pressing an issue as you're making it. the fault doesn't just lie with Moto.

Good point and I feel the same way in regards to getting "rubbed" the wrong way. I gave you a thumb up instead. It's allowed to thumb up your own post because you "liked" what you said. In a basis of one's opinion that it is. Everything is always opened to debate.

I did want the Nexus, but there are too many problems with it, especially the battery drain problems, that's why I love my MAXX. :) No microSD support and a 5MP camera. I just couldn't force myself to regret such a purchase just for the updated OS.

thank you and just let me warn you that there's quite a few people that'll give you a hard time about that. i to am a debator as you've probably noticed. i really stick to my logic.

yeah, that's a similar reason to why i chose the Razr other than my allure to Motorola. when the Razr and the MAXX get ICS they'll ultimately be the better devices but i'm fine with it now. i just have GO Launcher on it. i dislike a few glitches with Moto's Launcher in versions 2.3.5 & 2.3.6.

Yes, I know how these people are on here. They're so set in their ways with things, if one posts something in opposite to their own beliefs, they'll immediately attack that poster. Living in denial is better than living in the "real world" or the truth for that matter. You can't tell them any different (I'm guessing I can be among this group to a certain extent) even show them proof and it's never enough. You can never prove them wrong ever. We have the iFans on here and also the Droid fans. The 2 groups become puppets to the 2 entities and fight amongst each other. It's pretty sad really. GO Launcher? I used that awhile back and even purchased some themes for it, but it redraws too much for my taste. I stuck with the blur launcher. Zeam is nice, no redraw issues. Launcher Pro has been abandoned, otherwise I'd be using that one. I hope that ICS comes soon, I'm tired of being teased by ICS RAZR screen caps lol

i remember what you mean. that was an issue it had back when i was using it on my Droid 2 but it's evolved so much since then. i liked the Blur Launcher on 2.3.4 but after that these little bugs came up and they changed the widgets too much to where i just couldn't settle down with it. my battery will thank me when i can finally get rid of GO Launcher.

I think someone is lying when it comes to release dates. Please, they are going to release this phone probably by the end of the year.
