well expect samsung or lg to come out with 20mp camera sensor and they will be the first in the market just so they can say they were first. thats how competitive the korean are right now while japanese companies have already lose their mojos.

What for is this, whe optics itslef is as good as bottom of the bottle. Till the lens have higher quality will be this run for more and more pixels like "more stripes mean more Adidas...

Hmm, 17.7 MP camera but still a small sensor wouldn't innovate anything since a 12 MP of Nokia N8-00 changes it. Even at 12 MP, it can beat an 18 MP DSLR camera with bigger lens.
