100,000 sign petition to save Google Reader

On Wednesday, we passed along the word that Google had decided to shut down its RSS feed, Google Reader, as its usage had been declining; despite the drop in the number of users, there apparently is enough demand for the service that a number of petitions have sprung up trying to get Google to change its mind and save Google Reader...

Eh. I'm sure Google is still going to axe it no matter what. The most they will probably do is shut the service down a little later than planned.

For me, its rather impossible without Google coz all my internet life is based on its products as it is the most synchronized than any other platform.
