Everyone knows how frustrating it is when your phone's battery dies and a power outlet is nowhere in sight. Just think about it: you are camping in the woods, enjoying the great outdoors, and you can't even tweet about it. Fortunately, a whole bunch of alternative cell phone chargers exist and suck power from built-in batteries or renewable energy sources like the wind or Mr Sun. Nice article! I haven't heard of many of them. Especially like the last one! maybe when another storm hits and the powerlines are blown down for a month, I can use that!

Only #3 is for the iPhone. The rest power anything that charges over USB.

only problem is every1 of them are so expensive for no reason. I will wait till the chinese knockoff that will for produce the same effect but for much less.

Cell phone chargers which are friendly with nature is very nice idea. And I like the power trekk fuel cell charger very much because of its great look

power trekk is not so eco friendly. there are several more practical such as power pot, eton...

windup-battery.com has a nice selection of them
