I bet an average iPhone owner doesn't even know live wallpapers are possible on a phone.

The best I've found are available from maxelus. (http://maxelus.net) They have a planets pack and galaxy pack that is absolutely stunning. The cost is just under 2 bucks for each collection, but you can also download most of them free individually through Google play. I never thought I'd pay for a group of 3d animated screen savers... but after seeing the free ones in action on my Nexus 7, I couldn't resist. Give the free ones a shot, and be prepared to be mezmorized!

I usually only download live wallpapers from top developers and that are free of permissions. Agreeing with the comment above, Maxelus and Kittehface Software has some nice live wallpapers. The only other top live wallpaper developer (that I found) is the one who created the My Beach and Season Zen, but I'm not too fond of those since they don't scroll on my SGSIII when I set it to my home screen.
