At our store we have more complaints about the corperate store. We usually have to fix the plans for the ones that went there. We noticed on even just the ENV touch they have been automatically changing the customer to premium or connect plans to line there own pockets. Not to mention the charge back that the original rep gets for us changing it back for the customer. The sales reps at our store dont work on comission for that reason. Keeps the sales reps more honest and less fighting.

LOVE MY ENV TOUCH over all it's a great phone i like the fact that i can listen to my music and surf the phone at the same time the included games are excellent although their trials...oh well. Both Verizon and LG did a good move on this one they re-did everything that this phone does it's a lot better step up from the voyager
