I purchased my W755 approximately 3 months ago. I never had any reception problems. However, the battery life is TERRIBLE. I took the phone back to Verizon twice. Once they adjusted my settings and the second time they replaced the battery. I still have to charge my phone almost EVERY night. I only have to charge it EVERY OTHER night if I don't use it at all.
In addition, since purchasing the phone, I found 3 other people who have exactly the same problem as well as reading other complaints on the internet and this website.
Forget contacting Motorola Customer Service. They are useless. One of the individuals I know got EXACTLY the same lame response from Motorola as I did, typos and all!
