Ok Phonearena is seriously f***ing up, the Flier clearly says witha new verizon wireless acount, why the hell do they right that you do not have to be eligible for an upgrade and just extend it to get it for this price. You are Completely misinforming people. it clerly says !!!NEW!!!

Thats true, but it always start with the original seller telling them to call customer service with any issues, I had a guy come in today saying that he bought his blackberry from Radio Shack and he could not get on the internet, he went to the store he bought it from and he told him to call customer care, customer care of course with out actually having the phone they cant gaurantee if the customer is doing it correctly, so they will assume after doing troubleshooting with the phone they need to exchange the phone and that frustrates the customer, knowing they have to switch the phone because they think it doesnt work, where if the sale rep knew how to program or reset any settings so the internet would work the customer wouldnt have to be running around from store to store. But I do agree Care Reps also need training but they are improving.

The reason why other Carriers besides Tmobile are getting so much Bad Reputation because of customer Service is because of retailer such RadioShack and Bestbuy, especially sprint since they have been with them the longest. They are only concerned about pushing handsets and selling the highest rate plan possible so they can get paid and then switch to whatever the customer really wants so the customer is left with high proration charges because of bad Salesmen. These people are not properly trained and send people directly to a sprint store when the customer has an issue when it is within the 30 days when they are required to fix or exchange the phone when there is an issue, issues that could have been dealt with from the beginning if it were addressed or fixed with from the beginning from knowledgable sales people. I have sold every carrier, I have heard every complaint possible most of the time it is simple things but can seem complicated and easy to fix, and when I asked where they purchased the phone its either bestbuy or radioshack. This is the mainly with sprint since they have been with radioshack the longest but goes for every company. Now that Tmobile is being sold at RadioShack I gaurantee they will no longer be Ranked the highest with customer service.

Just so you know you do not need to pay anything for multi-media on sprint, Sprint unlimited text allows you to send receive pictures and video at no extra cost, compare sprint 450 messaging, nights at 7 unlimted text and picture mail for 49.99, att 39.99 450 minutes 5000 nights and weekend (NOT UNLIMTED) nights start at 9, nights at 7 is 8.99 extra unlimited text 20 bringing the total to 68.98 for that you can get 69.99 450 everything data plan with sprint which includes all the above plus tv gps music emailing and internet. so att definitely does not have an advantage. as for verizon 450 with unlimted text 59.99 5 extra if you want email only, 69.99 if you want to just add full internet with email only and finaly 89.99 for 450 minutes to include vcast and gps, and no nights at 7 so even with their more basic plan 59.99 you are still saving with sprint and if you want to everything with out having to worry about chrages and only have 450 minutes you are going to pay $40 more, so att and verizon seem to be the ones to nickel and dime people as you.

Well just so you know all companies verizon sprint att tmobile and so on, do not make a profit on the their plans until the customer is well into their contract atleast over a year that is why they have early termination fees because they lose alot when a customer decides to terminate their contract early, so selling phones for what you may think is high is actually normal in all companies, especially with tmobile and att where you can buyy a phone unlock them to use with other companies so if they sell for cheap and the consumer does not even use with the same company there is more lost then gained. besides its an electronic device that lets you do so much talk text surf the web take pictures, yet you rwilling to spend 500 on a videio game
