I'm sure it's designed not to attract fly's...

The Curve is pink, but the article is saying this is a new concept. Biggles was just advising it's just a new color, not concept.

You're just afraid of new technology.
He's a retard because he's willing to try something new that was a common point of failure for Blackberry?
I know I like my phone to be reliable, as a matter of fact I expect reliability from everything I buy.
I say kudos to Blackberry for offering the same functionality with an improved design.

I have AT&T and Verizon.. My AT&T has horrible voice compared to Verizon. Also I drop calls regularly with AT&T when I have full bars.
That said, I have found very select area's that AT&T has coverage where Verizon doesn't.
As for the data, AT&T's data infastructure is a joke. It has potential, but it's SLOW. Even in big cities.

I like it..

I don't like the picture rendition, but this could be good.
As for the comment above, there are different types of touch screens. You say your doesn't work, are you using your finger or finger nail?
I won't buy this, but RIM is answering what consumers ask for and fairly quickly.
Although I don't think releasing a new BB every month is great for some people, it does give better market options. I just want to see RIM get away from exclusive deals.

My BIS hasn't had an issue yet.

Verizon FIOS is amazing if it's available in your area.

This is the next phone I'll buy when it finally hits Verizon. I love my Tour, but would like to have WiFi.

This the point most people miss. I don't think Sprint or AT&T will absolutely fail and go into bankruptsy. Their customer base may decrease substantially, but they'll survive or be purchased by another carrier. No carrier has the "best" coverage EVERYWHERE. Verizon DOES have the best coverage in most places, but if you don't travel it's irrelevant. I travel a lot and therefore I have Verizon, but I also have an AT&T phone to cover me in area's where the Verizon / Alltel network doesn't cover.
AT&T had horrible coverage in California and Arizona, but certain parts of Texas have great coverage. Most of those people have been with AT&T for 10 years and unless something drastic happens they won't change.
I don't think Sprint can "bounce back" though without something like the iPhone to drive people back to Sprint. They burned too many bridges with people and now they won't want to go back to see if everything's fixed. Even if the price is $10 cheaper then Verizon, AT&T, or TMobile. Also, I think TMobile has the cheapest prices right now.
BTW.. When the iPhone goes to other carriers, AT&T will take a huge hit on their customer base. You can't honestly deny that. When the iPhone came out AT&T's subscription base grew exponentially and it was only due to the iPhone. Apple releases iPhones on a semi-regular basis and so people stay locked in with AT&T. A LOT of people have posted on VZW iPhone articles that they would pay their ETF to transfer to Verizon if the iPhone became available. That said a few people will probably stay with AT&T that switched, but most people who switched will switch back.
