Dirtjenkins's phone is
LG enV2
The VX9100, which will replace the VX9900 enV, has a more streamlined appearance and is slightly thinner, since there is no "camera hump" on the back. The front features a newly designed dialpad with larger buttons than on the enV, as well as replacing the standard 5-way navigational d-pad with more simplistic Up & Down arrow buttons. There still is a small display located at the top. Opening up the VX9100 reveals a better designed QWERTY keypad, along with a standard QVGA display and stereo speakers. Other features include a 2MP Camera, microSD card slot, and microUSB port.

I concur with your position but I believe it all begins with the original salesperson advising customers to contact customer service for any issues. I assisted a customer today, who had purchased a BlackBerry from RadioShack, that could not access the internet from their device. Originally, he had returned to the location where he purchased the device, and a salesperson advised him to call customer service. However, the customer service representative's troubleshooting was hampered by their inability to physically handle the phone, which led them to believe the device needed to be exchanged. The inconvenience of having to exchange a device, perceived to be defective, frustrated the customer. In the end, if the original salesperson was proficient at handling the device's operating system, then he would have been able to properly activate the internet application, which would have saved the customer from having to visit store after store. In addition, I do agree with your opinion that customer service representatives require further training, however I have noticed some improvement over past experiences.*

Wow! You're extremely misinformed when it comes to web capabilities on dumbphones. I'm glad I don't come to you for any of my wireless questions.

All the evidence given, so far, trying to prove how our current administrations is "big government" such as bailing out and forcing resignations are direct responses to big companies that were managed poorly and not as innovative as their competition, so they failed. In a perfect business world, that would be just another day in the market. Unfortunately, these institutions were so entrenched into the US and world economy that allowing them to fail would be catastrophic. Their failure was a result of relaxed regulations; business is like a herd of cows over finite land. The land can only support so much grazing. The government should work like a rancher and merely manage but not have to feed.
As for the exclusivity thing, which honestly is the real reason for this initiative. I'll use another analogy and reference sports. Exclusivity is just like the draft and free agency. Unfortunately, not every organization is going to get a Larry Fitzgerald but it is up to that team to seek them out. As for companies, there R&D should be working hard to find that next "Blue Chip Athlete" to get their team over the hump. So, in other words, I don't mind exclusivity or things of that nature. But, in the end, there is always a competition committee in sports, as well as a commissioner. Someone has to oversee things and keep teams in line or the whole will fail.
So too much or too little is never the answer. Moderation is the only way to survive.

So basically, in Arizona, you'll be able to use your Apple products 6 months out of the year outdoors. Does Apple realize that it gets up to 120 degrees out here? Luckily it's a dry heat.

Look up the word 'repeal' and you will find your answer.
