Yeah, losing 9% of your total revenue YOY is a big improvement!!
How much do you make YOY? Do you even know what YOY is? Do you even work?
If my pay dropped 9% I'd be losing over 2000 dollars in the course of a year. That's a lot of freaking money, and I make shit pay allready!!

People get laid off and fired everyday. Not 2000 people from one nationwide company.
Sprint is trying to save themselves. Unfortunately, as our unemployment is around 10% at least 200 of these people won't be able to find work again for a long while. That is a big number. 200, you know, dood?

Shit people! There could be a post of
"Young couple gets eaten by a bear in the woods".
What's the first thing coming out of peoples keyboards?
The iPhone could have saved em with apps.
The Droid could have been used to pistol whip the damn bear.
Keep your posts relevant.
This sucks for our community, not for any phones. With this drop in workers our national unemployment rate will go up lowering the money in our system. This is terrible for everyone. We are going into a deeper depression when this happens. Closing and firing are not funny things for our economy. This spells doom, dood. Doom.

VZW would have found a way to cripple it.

You say that like you couldn't play Zelda on the blackberry. I had it on my Curve.

If you take out the whole fact that your talking about phones, this logic is funny.
Once again...take out the phones in this statement.
"Funny how durring this "recession", 1 Million Plus things were sold. (Worldwide Granted) But that aside, screw the blah blah blah.
Is it all that odd that out of 6.7 BILLION people worldwide that at least 1 MILLION of anything would get sold? Hahaha.
Okay, back to phones.
FS, how long did it take for these 1 million plus iphones to get sold?
Maybe we should take the length of time and figure how many units in the US that would have been over the course of one weekend and pit the device numbers against each other?
The only way we can really look seriously at numbers is if we hold all other things constant. (Microecon 101)
We could even look at the numbers for individual states and see which states like the phone more. I can only assume that the iPhone would outsell the Droid in places where the iPhone has great service, but that's assuming too much, and I could be very wrong.
Well, thanks for reading my first serious post in months, every 3 body.

The Voyager was supposed to be thier iPhone competition. I assume it's the ENV Touch now. Which is sad.
I have no idea what kind of phones they have for other carriers, though. I wrong

I wonder if this will make VZW make some price changes.
I think if all companies do, phones will be more expensive. If your not getting the money in one place you'll get it elsewhere.
