we've actually been treated the same and my mom actually got really pissed one day and said she might switch to sprint and they gave me a new phone a week b4 it was released. you might want to try something like it and see how nice verizon can get.

Wow verizon a little late for the stupid refunds. I had this problem beginning in July of LAST YEAR and lasted for 8 months and they blamed me for the charges. I even turned my phone off for a month to prove my point and i still got charged and the funny thing is i recorded every time i had my phone on one day when i got the internet access was 5 minutes after i shut it off, but the rep. we talked to said i was charged at 7 pm 6 hours after it showed i went online. Luckily my mom made them take the $1.99 off every month it happened. I almost feel like calling and saying "You blamed me for going on the internet and now you hand out refunds for people who claim to have had the same problem as me. You didn't even apologize for blaming me you just took it off and that was that end of the conversation." That is BS from Verizon i hope vodafone takes you over

Samsung Alias2 ftw. the chocolate 3 is horrible i had three of them and they kept resetting themselves so they wouldn't be reactivated spent a total of three hours on the phone with verizon not the happiest verizon costumer

it's too narrow honestly i like the itouch because the screen is large. also looks like a lame iphone OS copy

i wish it was a little slimmer and came in a better color choice or can change the back cover like the rumor 2.

it has to be both speed and coverage i know it takes about one minute at it's fastest to login on my yahoo from my verizon phone and sometimes i can't even log in because the network is too busy.

actually they are always ahead of them by a few years. i learned it in a high school program at ASU that taught only cellphone technology for a semester.

Verizon shouldn't hurry to be the first one with LTE in the U.S. especially if the technology is not from Vodafone. They've already got other issues that they aren't fixing like their mobile web service and texts from all other carriers. LTE uses sim cards and has a different bandwidth than 3G CDMA/GSM so my question for Verizon is will our phones that aren't LTE compatible work without losing some of our current service? Personally i think Vodafone should just buy the rest of Verizon.

I doubt it verizon likes to get rid of those features. I just want to see one chocolate phone actually work properly
