True, this is about AT&T vs Verizon. What you fail to understand is that AT&T's only claim to fame is, in fact the Iphone, without it they are obsolete. I bet you have an Iphone, don't you! Put it this way take away AT&T's customer base without the Iphone and they might as well be Cricket.

I'm calling BS, you don't talk and use data at the same time and if you do what for? No one can appreciate it cause it's, well...dumb. If you love AT&T fine that is your purgative but please don't make up shit to prove a point, furthermore you say you don't have an Iphone so I'm really curious to know what your doing with data and voice at the same time.

What Peter Chou said was, they don't intend on putting android on the HD2, he didn't say anything about the passion or another phone with similar specs running android. The article did kind of dim most people's gleam of light but when you really read it he didn't say anything about the passion or similar device not existing, so there is still hope.

Very well said, not to mention Verizon is getting the Hero and possibly the HD2 even though T-mo will, the phone has been shown running a Verizon ROM.

Maybe, I just don't understand. Verizon just dropped a bombshell that no website has reported and you have a problem with waiting a little. It's October they said 2 Android devices by the end of the year, hello that's two months. I will be the first one to tell you that Verizon needs to get their head out their ass and start getting phones that people want, but it seems as though the frustration is paying off. Let's understand something the only thing that AT&T has is the Iphone, there is not another phone you can name that people really want. Also the exclusivity between Apple and AT&T is coming to an end, do you think Apple is not going to find another carrier, especially while the FCC is breathing down their neck, give VZW the credit they deserve at least on this announcement.

I actually have to wonder about the thought process of somebody who actually comes to a tech site and has nothing technical to say. I also have to wonder about someone who obviously knows where my quote came from(instantly I might add) but, yet can criticize me for using it, maybe your mad I beat you to it. Oh and you should probably try and type your sentences correct the first time so you don't have to make to post to correct yourself. That is if you want to be all "High and Mighty".
