You say you have never experienced any issues with the Storm 1 but if thats even true, you are probably less that 5% of Storm 1 owners. I work for VZW and trust me, the original Storm was very problematic, and in many was it still is, even with all the software improvements. To this day, we are having many people return them because of the touch screen/software issues, mainly unresponsiveness. So Phone Arena is just stating the truth that MOST Storm 1 owners encountered. The Storm 1 has been a nightmare for us and internal return numbers prove it. However, I can say the Storm 2 is much improved so try it out before you buy it.

Dude, that is just simply NOT TRUE. I work for VZW and travel to NYC / upstate / Long Island etc, basically all over the state monthly with my work issued VZW BB and my personal Sprint phone and Sprint is just as good as VZW. STOP SPREADING LIES. It's aggravating that people feel they must stick up for the carrier they have. Look, VZW is awesome, but Sprint is also. Please tell the TRUTH.

PS. And I dont just stay on major highways, I travel ALL OVER, including deep suburbs

Actually, je2345, I work for VZW and it sounds like you do also, but we both know that Sprint is VERY comparable to VZW in terms of voice coverage and certainly better when it comes to data, although I do give the edge to VZW in voice. I will give it to you VZW and TMO cant be compared as VZW has a much larger network. Just report the facts straight, dont be such a fanboy, its not like VZW is THAT much better than Sprint.

Dude what are you talking about, first of all Phone Arena did not write the article, WM Experts did. Secondly, facts are facts, although the price is wrong, the end result is the same, VZW is the most expensive and TMO and Sprint are cheaper, this is NOT NEWS, everyone knows this, HOW is this advertising for Sprint???? They are not even the cheapest. Third, I see an equal amount of positive an negative posts about each network, so obviously, you are a VZW fanboy and it hurts you to hear the truth reported that your beloved carrier is the most expensive, again everyone knew this already. So, shut up and stop crying.

Dude, I think EVERY major corporation with a website selling products has this. So VZW and everyone else probably copied Circuit City.com as I believe they were the very first to introduce customer reviews for products, even before Amazon.

Sprint's customer service problems of the past are haunting them today, truly sad, because their coverage is excellent and their customer service is much improved. The problem is the fanboys on other networks, especially VZW, think that everything else is junk. I work for VZW and have Sprint service for personal use and, honestly, Sprint is just as good with the exception of a few rural areas. VZW and Sprint both provide excellent service and although VZW writes my paycheck, I wont let fanboys bash Sprint with information that is simply not true, competition is good for EVERYONE, so stop praising 1 carrier. Sprint must shake off that bad stigma they have, otherwise they are a much improved company. By the way MetroPCSGorilla, Direct Connect PTT is NOT WORTHLESS, there is a huge market for it and thats why VZW has invested millions into PTT and is aiming its guns at Nextel Direct Connect.

Dude, seriously, what is the obsession with Verizon, its not like every other carrier is junk. Some people are just too brainwashed with VZW's network propaganda. VZW is good, but other carriers are good too.
