The rumor, confirmed by a call so it's true, is that price is only for new subs.

What is not to insightful is PJ's incessant trashing of me just because I want a better deal on a cool phone, reminiscent of the trashing of my and other's choice of Sprint or even T Mobile for the same reasons

Can you post a link to quotes of matching prices? I have seen prices close to Sprint but more expensive in the end, if Sprint isn't good in a specific area it's not indicitive of their whole network. Apple/iphone and Verizon subs/employees share an elitist attitude that plays well with their ilk but at some point you all have to realize that attitude will only go so far. The "you get what you pay for" mantra is getting old and less relevant

Verizon is not leaps and bounds ahead of anybody but ATT and T Mobile, they do have a slight edge in some rural areas but not to the extent their subs and employees contend

I'm glad at least one vzw sub has mentioned the charge and the block, some of these refuse the believe $#!+ stinks. If enough people complain it could be an issue, they aren't infallible

PJ, I am going to use all my upgrades but want one of them to be a kitted out ptt, a big touchscreen smart and advanced touchscreen qwerty. Two of my wants are here with the current lineup but I think there will be more shortly
