Comments on multiple cell phone websites confuse me. A lot of people talk about about the iPhone, but so many people want it to be on Verizon. Personally, I don't have a problem with AT&T and I love the service. Verizon is just going all out this year and it's just really starting to scare me actually. They seem to just be attack AT&T and are seem to be forgetting about Sprint and T-Mobile. Frankly, Verizon seems to forget that they had to buy out Alltel in order to get that 3G coverage. It's no different from AT&T buying Cingular, Sprint buying Nextel, and T-Mobile buying Suncom.

Uhm, but remember that if Verizon didn't purchase Alltel, then they wouldn't be #1 in the first place. Besides, AT&T and Verizon cater to different demographics, IMO. Verizon seems to cater to the trendy crowd while AT&T is more catered to the business crowd.

It's not really fair that Verizon is attacking AT&T since they are two different technologies. CDMA of course is going to have better domestic coverage. But with GSM, it really depends on the area you're in in order to get the best coverage. Cause in my city, AT&T is great and has better speeds than Verizon. But if I go to the country, Verizon and Sprint is better than AT&T and T-Mobile.

I love both phones. The Mythic is a really sexy device and I love the appeal of the Flight because it's like the Impression, but with a vertical slider QWERTY keyboard instead of a vertical one, which appeals to me the most. Both are touch screen, but one is the touch screen QWERTY keyboard combo, which I love. It would be a difficult choice.

I think both AT&T and Verizon should get it. Or HTC should sell it unlocked. That's just me.

If anything it should not go to T-Mobile. The carrier has been having a lot of problems lately. First the sidekick issue and then the voice/data problems last night.

But understand why AT&T is suing Verizon. Sure the commercial is saying 3G, but think about it. 1X and EDVO Rev A is also considered 3G by Verizon. AT&T never called it's EDGE network 3G, since it technically is, but they called it 2.5G. AT&T is angry because the map on the Verizon commercial leaves the viewer to believe that if their area isn't blue, they have no data coverage, even though they do. I know I'm going to get thumbbed down for my comment for defending my network, but I'm just looking at it from both points. I know that if I was an average customer that didn't know what 3G was, then I too would believe that since my area isn't blue that I wouldn't get data.

Well, once the iPhone isn't exclusive, now people will actually look at the HTC Tilt 2, the HTC Pure, and all the other wonderful touchscreen phones the carrier has to offer. Besides, every carrier has some iconic device right? AT&T has the iPhone, Verizon had the BB Storm, Sprint has the Palm Pre, and T-Mobile has the Sidekick.

I don't wanna get yelled at, but could someone tell me why everyone makes such a big deal about Google Android?
