Why has no one mentioned it getting stuck in 1X? There are tons of people reporting this issue on other forums all over the web. Right now is seems to be 50 50 chance you have a bad tp2 from vzw. They are sending me a new phone but I know from reading on ppc geeks that it didn't fix theirs either.

All the savings in the world are meaningless if the phone doesn't work. I live in the heart of a Spokane Wa, which is a major city. I own a few rental properties and my Sprint service would cut out bad in three of them. The worst was the house I lived in. In fact I knew a manager at Sprint who gave me free service. "cant beat that". The problem was that I was missing so many important phone calls that free kind of lost its appeal. I was mad my friend didn't work for Verizon. I had to switch because all the savings in the world, including free, couldn't help all my missed calls. Unfortunately those annoying commercials with the "can you hear me now guy" and how much they pound the network card, started to work on me. I was so sick of a free phone, free service, service that didn't work, that I jumped ship to Verizon. I'm not kidding when I say I haven't had a dropped call in three years. To make a long story short, nothing is free in this world. Well I guess my Sprint service was for a while. Free and not working couldn't overcome pay and working.

I couldn't agree with you more!! 350 is nuts for the tp2. I hope Verizon doesn't get too proud like Sprint and TMobile.

Is your glass of water half empty? Do you wake up and cuss the world because you have to live in it? Some people have different views. If everyone had a single view the world would be bland...... and yes I took the Holy of all Holy iphone back for a HTC Touch Pro. What is the world coming to if a person picks a winmo over a crApple device?????

Am I reading the RAM correctly?? 256 instead of 288!! Some things never change. Way to go Verizon, making me proud to be your customer.....but hey, I have the network. LOL!!!!!!!!!

Looks Great! I would bet money if you look very close that the back will more than likely resemble the current touch pro's glossy black.... On a side note to phonearena.....YOUR NICORETTE SPAMERTISEMENT IS OUT OF CONTROL!!! I can barely view the pictures of the touch pro 2. I know you guys need to pay the bills but this is out of control!!
