So everyone who said tmo shouldnt get this is prob on another carrier. The hd2 should be android as that is the way foward now. If T-mo would like this to be their main winmo ohone then so be it. either way it would be a pleasure to use this phone. while im not against any other carrier getting this device, T-mo shouldnt be put down in any way. They have had great service for the past 6 yrs now in the tri-state area. if you are unlucky enough not to hve 3g or tmo service at all then you are free to chose whichever carrier has service in your area. its as simple as that. pple need to relax and stop bashing t-mo bcos they are on vzw or att. chill out a bit and enjoy the phones. switch carriers if the phone is that important to you, if not wait for your carrier to get something good. the main 4 all have good phones and will continue to get good phones.

An unlocked USA 3G touch pro running the android OS would be ace. I'm hoping HTC is looking into this. G1 isn't bad tho. Ive had it for 3 days now and i'm very impressed. Its frozen 3 times so far and i just had to wait a few seconds to let it catch up. Only had 1 connection problem with maps earlier today. Other than that the phone itself with the android OS system has wowed people ive shown it to.

Wow, such strong feelings against T-Mobile. You being mad isn't going to change anything so calm down. If you don't like their service or phones, sorry to hear that, if you do then great. As you can imagine I have T-Mobile and it works great for me. At work, school, clubs, bars, wherever. Ive got service when i visit family in Europe and in Africa. Can you go to Europe and use Verizon?

Imagine that, The Touch HD running the Android OS. That would really be a "dream". Dont think you could possibly ask for more. I do have to add that I'm really dissapointed with HTC and Google for choosing this design for the "Dream". I mean of all the beautiful HTC phones that are out now... They could have at least made a variant of the "touch pro" and launched that as the "Dream" I'd gladly pay an additional $150 for that.

I knew it. Just when i thot i was keeping up with HTC they go and release 3 new phones. Now I'm more confused than ever on which one to get. I'm leaning towards the Touch HD but if there is one in the making with a keyboard then ill go for that. I feel bad for other phone companies....

HTC is looking to be the Nokia of touch phones. From the MDA (which is when i first heard of them) to well, the newest "Touch HD". I mean the HTC touch Diamond and Pro are ace, and to add this to their arsenal. Oh boy! Its hard for me to even keep up with them. Just when you've saved enough for 1 phone, they release 2 better ones. I'm scared to buy 1 now because i feel like they have an even better "Touch Pro" in the works.
