Well considering how high T Mobile ranked in JD Power with respect to coverage, this should attract many more customers. VZ uses the same data that they tout as being the best and T Mobile has for many quarters in the past has performed just as well as Verizon in coverage and customer service. VZ is great for rural areas which it reigns supreme but if you do not spend time in rural areas like myself and never plan on going, then T Mobile works well and have 3g coverage in most major cities that I frequent. In this case, you get what you pay for really does not apply. JD Power has T Mobile ranked just as high as VZ so I will believe their study over the VZ testmen.
Of course this phone's plan is cheaper, it is a messaging phone. The iPhone2 is considered a pda now and you have to pay pda data. This phone is of no comparison to the iPhone2. Go to apple.com and see the business solutions and sdk's and you will see that everything about your comparison of the 2 devices is foolish. You would actually do a better job comparing it to the Vu. This phone is nowhere near the league that the iPhone2 is in. You are comparing apples to bananas. As far as faster internet, NOT! Only where VZ has 3g and ATT has EDGE but in the majority of places you go the speeds will be the same depending on the network coverage. ONCE AGAIN you cannot compare a messaging phone to a PDA!
