Cingular and Orange SA join forces

Cingular Wireless and Orange SA announced that they have signed an agreement to provide consolidated mobile services to multinational companies in the U.S. and Europe, using the Cingular's WorldView program. The WorldView program enables multinational companies to simplify global wireless purchasing, coordinate service in multiple countries, take advantage of Cingular's relationships with carriers abroad to get attractive rates, and coordinate domestic and international account management. By joining their forces Cingular and Orange provide single point of contact approach, which will allow customers to cut down on the costs and time spent working with multiple suppliers while making it easier for them to implement global procurement and technology policies.
