This phone is terrible. I hate it. I can't recieve text messages some times and i can't connect it to my computer. Metro included a USB cord in the box, but why would they do so if i can't connect it to the computer? I can't download ringtones nor access my MP3 player. I would not purchase this phone.

13. A complete waste of money

this phone is horrible. i had it less than 3 hours before i wanted to take it back. but metro pcs will not return “upgrade” phones. It constantly misses calls and text messages . there are no drivers to connect it to a computer. you cannot program any of the keys so texting becomes tedious.and even the slightest impact , such as settign it down, can cause it to restart. when it does connect the connection is poor . complete waste of money

Pros

pretty. compact. good vibrate and volume. lots of memory .bluetooth

Cons

misses many calls and text messages. phone resets with slightest impact. NO DRIVERS so it cannot communicate with computer.poor reception when it does get calls.cannot program any keys . Entire texting experience becomes tedious because of poor software design.

14. I am satisfied with the product

I have had my ZTE C78 cell for over a month, and I have not had any problems with it. It has not turned off/on and things like this as some of the other people have said. I also think it's a pretty durable phone, my husband made the goofy mistake of leaving it on the roof of our car & driving off!! The phone slid across the roof, down the windshield & slammed to the ground & to our amazment, has continued to work with no problems.

Pros

Small, thin, neat color, has built in camera, durable

Cons

Number buttons on keypad are pretty small which causes you to push the wrong buttons when dialing sometimes

15. C78 issues

I purchased 2 of these phones as replacments for my kids old Nokia phones. One started turning off and back on after 4 days and the other started doing the same thing after a week and a half. The second phone turns off when you set the keypad lock aout every fourth time. The people at the Metro store said they had not had a problem with these phones at all and that is why I purchased them. We will be exchanging the phones this weekend.

Pros

Nice size and weight. Good display. Good battery life.camera.

Cons

Turns off and on at random. no way to sync with computer, and it is purple.

16. ZTE c78 horrible.

I have purchused a c78 and it worked fine for less than a week. The design must have a faul. The phone will turn off then back on when ever its wants. Even with proper charging use, also I called tech support and they said the phones go into a power cycling mode. What they did not say is that it will not come out of it. If you have purchused this modle of ZTE phone return it and get another one
