I love all the Verizon employees having a hissy fit. Maybe if you would do the world a favor and identify the specific individuals within Verizon Wireless corporate that are responsible for making the decision to cripple phone features, we could all bother them directly instead of spending our time arguing over less-important junk like what new insignificant change is being made to the calling plans. I'm all for more transparency in corporate america, let's start with the jerks in corporate middle management at VZW.

Free Stuff
I get free night minutes, free weekends, and free to other verizons. I don't think more free is required. Verizon is doing a good job, and limiting hacking is a good thing.

Verizon can burn in HELL. I received a phone call stating that I would get the equivalent of two months basic charges credited---she stated NOTHING would change with my plan (I had America's Choice). I agreed as long as nothing would change. Well guess what the plan changed. They changed the plan to Nationwide Select--whereas, my children now get charged $1.99 permb--not using the mins. like from the America Choice plan. Of course you have all brain dead employees at verizon who can't seem to understand why I am pissed off. The stated that a supervisor would call me back be the phone call "became elevated". OF course they never called back.
