#122 that's only ur opinion. I've been with AT&T for over 10 years I don't think they have a lousy network to neighter. What is ur point??? You guys can try but ya can't be bashing out for preference. Get lost with ur post.

it all comes down to reception...if you want 3g, go with verizon though. at&t phones suck, how come i never hear about any at&t phone except the iphone and sometimes the VU....verizon has many phones that are widely known, chocolate, glyde. dare, voyager etc. if you are happy with at&T, dont switch, but if youve never had a cell phone before,,,go with verizon

the NEW voyager being released, will actually be in SILVER color, and have the visual voicemail, im sure they will release this on other devices, but im going to bank everything that Verizon will release this on the new model first, then implement it on the rest...

VZW is by far the most reliable network in the US market. And by most reliable, it means just that...way fewer dropped calls than any carrier I have ever been on. Trust me, I've gone thru them all. I've been with VZW for over 5 years now and honestly couldn't be happier. Their customer service is top notch. You don't believe me, try them for yourself. I bet your hold/wait time is under 30 seconds to speak with a VZW rep. That will NEVER happen with AT&T, Sprint or TMO. How can VZW do this you ask? They don't have nearly as many network issues to address thus keeping their customer service lines open. Not to mention, as stated earlier, they dump a ton of money into their technology and customer service. And the best thing is, they all speak perfect English! Pretty sad that this even has to be an issue. So sure, call me VZW fanboy or what you will, my phone works and I mean all the time and everywhere!! Lastly, iPhone, Instinct, Voyager, Dare...eat your heart out the Blackberry Thunder is right around the corner. All you number folks get ready because their will be a lot of people jumping ship for this one!

SO WHATS THE POINT OF IT? IF ANY OF YOUR FRIENDS/FAMILY ARE AS BAD AT CHECKING THEIR VOICEMAIL AS MINE, THEY WOULDNT SEE THE VIDEO FOR 2 YEARS AND 3 MONTHS. COULD YOU NOT JUST SEND A VIDEO TEXT MESSAGE AND THAT WOULD BE MORE EFFECTIVE?

ISN'T THIS TOPIC ABOUT VVM. AND HERE YOU ARE COMPLAINING LIKE WOMAN ON WHAT CARRIER HAS WHAT.

BOTH COMPANIES ARE GREAT COMPANIES AND BOTH ARE EXPENSIVE AND CHARGE A BIT MORE THAN WHAT I THINK SHOULD BE CHARGED, DATA AND PLANS. NEVERTHELESS, IF WE WANT THEIRPREMIUM SERVICES WE PAY JUST LIKE EVERYONE. QUALITY COST.

VVM IS A GREAT FEATURE AND CANT WAIT UINTIL IT HITS THE PUBLIC MARKET.

TO END THIS, IF YOU WERE TO ASK THE PERSON WHO INVENTED THE BEST PHONE WHICH IS THE BEST CARRIER IN HIS PREFERENCE....?

I THINK YOU KNOW HIS ANSWER.... STEVE JOBS WANTED VERIZON TO CARRY THE IPHONE AT FIRST BUT VERIZON DECLINED.

the reason why its on the Voyager and not the dare: VZW has been working on this since the Voyager came out...it was annoced to us employees back in january. and yes ITS FREE...... new software will be available soon for the voyager, thats the refresh....and it will be on the dare soon...there is a possible new voyager by Xmas...and also a new glyde...also new curve in pink w/in this month..and also NO 800W by palm for VZW..palm is testing a new phone for VZW that will be a world phone..if u like At&T go play with yourself..At&t sux and so does all their products...Iphone is great but on the worst network....At&t customers: come to VZW and stop talking crap cuz ur stuck in a contract, u know gthat once its over u'll be switchin too

Yeah sorry...the iPhone didn't bring the world visual voicemail. CallWave has been in business for at least a year before the iPhone was even announced, and has been offering essentially what the iPhone offers (and actually a much better service). Please don't unnecessarily praise the "jesus phone" without checking the facts. As for Verizon's offering ...any news is good news for those of us stuck on Verizon.
