I had Visual Voicemail on my Blackberry Storm for awhile and found it to be very easy to use. It's not hard to check your voice mail by dialing a number, but it's nice to see your voice mail and choose what order you want to listen to your messages. Also you can delete voicemails without listening to them if you know they're not important.
