On Friday evening, T-Mobile USA suspended the sales of the Sidekick Slide after Motorola (the manufacturer) confirmed a problem that results in powering the device off after the sliding display is opened or closed. Customers who experience such problems should contact T-Mobile Customer Care, or go to a T-Mobile retail store. T-Mobile reminds that this doesn’t affect other Sidekick models.
