T-Mobile USA Statement on Sidekick Slide

On Nov 21-st T-Mobile came up with a statement concerning the T-Mobile Sidekick Slide devices. As it is known, the phone had serious issues with the battery, causing the device to shut down from time to time. Motorola claims that minor issues relating the battery contacts is what caused the intermittent power cycling. Motorola has also found and tested a solution to the problem that they will implement in new and existing devices. T-Mobile expects Sidekick Slide to be back on the market again at the beginning of the next week.
