It's a nice phone. The trackball on the bottom is smooth rolling. The touchscreen is very responsive. Big display, well-spaced keyboard. Comes with all the bells and whistles a high-end phone should have.

Cons

3G...... It's T-Mobile, they have a very small and young 3G network as of now
GPS doesn't work great in buildings or low-lying areas
The "chin" on the bottom gets in the way of typing with your right hand
Has a cheapo look thanks to the plastic
Camera doesn't have flash

22. T-Mobile G1 Phone

Went to the T-Mobile Store bright and early this morning and bought the Bronze T-Mobile G1 no lines which is great! The phone is awsome and feels great in the hand! The phone is really fast between applications. The android market is awsome there is alot of free apps on there to download and play with. In my opinion if you got the money and you are on T-Mobile buy this baby you will love this phone.

Great call qaulity
Sync your Gmail calandar OTA instantly
Sync your contacts OTA through Gmail instantly
Easy to transfer music,photos,ringers and alert tones right on your PC or Mac with USB mass storage mode!
Watch Youtube videos right from the phones built in YouTube.
You can view Word,PDF,Excel files right from an email with the phone!

Cons

No video player is included in the phone and checked online for a solution and did not find a video player to play videos or movies. I am sure they will have a video player shortly once a developer makes one for the G1!

Battery life falls short on the device but if you turn off the 3G on the phone and use it on Edge it will give you better battery life! Better get a extended battery for this phone!!
Phone has no flash for the camera at all
Phone does not have video recording function
