credit class...its what the system works on...manual review is rare, and usually turns up because the system is unable to evaluate a credit class due to too much or too little info...
i see that you are more nieve that i thought, cause if you weren't, you wouldn't be putting so much value in what a customer says about another carrier. If someone doesn't pay their bill (Sprint/Verizon/ATT/USCell, etc...) it reports negetively to their credit, and thats not good...and just because a customer gets billed for something they don't understand, doesn't mean its wrongly billed.
Its clear that you don't understand how stuff "really works"...and thats fine. I can see now why you have sold so many different carriers...you can't keep the same job for very long.
what are you, 12...get over yourself and learn proper grammer please.
ok...most of you people are just rediculous. #1....I'm gay, #2...I've sold every major carrier except for Verizon. #3...I've had Verizon. It doesn't matter whether a person is gay or not. I could walk in and get a Verizon phone without any trouble if I wanted to. However, from personal experience...Verizon couldn't pay ME enough to carry one of their phones. I have never had trouble with the customer service that I have received from Sprint. However, the customer service that I received from Verizon when I was a customer, was horrible. I have worked for Cingular before. Even when I worked for Cingular and had a FREE phone, I still carried a Sprint phone. It always works everywhere that I go. I've been in the wireless industry for over 7 years, and for the past 4 years, I've worked for Sprint. I have had many customers who have been Sprint customers, switched to Verizon, and in less than 30 days came back to Sprint.
So, it's really a matter of what works for the customer. If Sprint doesn't work for the customer, I will tell them that it's not going to work for them. Most people would just try to make the sell to the customer just because they're going to make a commission and don't care if it works for the customer.
Now it especially doesnt matter since everyone jumped on the Unlimited bandwagon. Dont hate on #25. Sprint is doing something terribly wrong, or maybe some of its employees. I work for a VZW indirect dealer and half of my new activations each month are sprint portovers. I highly doubt both sprint stores in town all have terrible employees, in fact I know they dont, but their customer service is definitely lacking...possibly their rules and guidelines for employees as well which leads to even worse customer service. If you blame anything on any provider blame it on the Network's Corporate Advisors. Thats the real issue.
Michael you obviously haven't been through Grand Junction, CO's sprint stores. Verizon rules the market in Colorado. I've never had a great or smooth convo with a Sprint Cust Service rep ever. Verizon I get right through and always have an American who speaks fluent English.
No really? That's what the system really works on is credit class? I didn't know that. Please get over yourself. 1st of all proper grammar:
na·ive /nɑˈiv/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[nah-eev] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
–adjective 1. having or showing unaffected simplicity of nature or absence of artificiality; unsophisticated; ingenuous.
2. having or showing a lack of experience, judgment, or information; credulous: She's so naive she believes everything she reads. He has a very naive attitude toward politics.
3. having or marked by a simple, unaffectedly direct style reflecting little or no formal training or technique: valuable naive 19th-century American portrait paintings.
4. not having previously been the subject of a scientific experiment, as an animal.
NOT nieve so maybe YOU should learn proper grammar. As for my job situation you really are an idiot. Did I say I worked multiple jobs? No I didn't. It is possible for an indirect, which is where I've worked for the last 5yrs, to sell MORE than one carrier, which is one of the pros that we have here, so only an idiot would make an a asinine, and just in case you don't know what asinine means:
as·i·nine /ˈæsəˌnaɪn/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[as-uh-nahyn] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
–adjective 1. foolish, unintelligent, or silly; stupid: It is surprising that supposedly intelligent people can make such asinine statements.
2. of or like an ass: asinine obstinacy; asinine features.
assumption that I have held more than more than 1 job.
Yes we all know know that credit class is how it works BUT if you knew what in the world you were talking about, I'm not talking about just random customer but friends, acquaintance's & family members, who have a write off from a previous carrier, & I'm sure you must have seen at some point by now if you really have worked this job in any way shape or form and well versed as you claim to be, who have a deposit w/ a carrier and yet can go out a wk later and get a $27,000 vehicle or buy a house.A
ND as for my comment concerning MANUAL review it was a general statement for ppl to VERIFY w/ manual review of the company that they currently work for or sell and they will verify that they do look beyond the credit score to evaluate if there is past due balances or write offs w/ prior carriers.
So with that I'm going to end my "discussion" with obviously YOU don't know what it is YOU'RE talking about.
I'll give you this....maybe Sprint needs to stop giving away the house. Everyone who calls in wants a credit for something. Maybe we need to be more live Verizon and say TUFF! Most Sprint customer's dont realize that being nice to the service rep will get you alot further than going off right as they come on the phone. I'm glad I work with the White Glove customers, they don't complain very much.
at least these ones make cool walkie talkie noises. hopefully they will remember to remove the developer tools this time so people cant erase there phones initial programming. LOL at LG Rumor for doing that
Alltel actually has the largest voice calling area based of its roaming agreements with other companies, it covers 298 million peeps. Thats the reason why sprint doesn't advertise that they have the largest voice network anymore. And Verizon's ev-do mobile broadband network covers 240 million of the U.S. peeps. Sprint only covers 230 million peeps with its moible broadband network. Thats why sprint's "largest" mobile broadband network claim is based off of square miles, NOT actual U.S. population. And oh ya, verizon's rev. a data speeds cover there entire ev-do network and sprints rev. a only covers 110 million peeps. Thats less than half of there network. It sucks to be on rev 0 speeds (60-80k) upload. Learn your sh*t before u make yourself look like a moron. And everyone knows sprints customer service is horrible and a joke.
