The only people who think customer service is good, are the people who get credits, Free ****, or what ever it is they were calling in about. It's not about speed or how nice you were or following policy to do the right thing. It's about the customer getting they're way, that's why in other polls like JD power, ranks Tmobile #1 all the time, because when customers call in, OHH your unhappy here is 500 minutes, or here is a $20 bill credit have a nice Day. And the customer is Happy. real customer service is Ohh your unhappy because little timmy went over his minutes, and used texting even though you told him not too. Well, maybe little timmy shoudl have a timeout, and a spanking and you should go to parenting class, you get no extra min's and no bill credit have a nice day.

keep arguing about sprint, verizon, and those other poor companies out there --- AT&T will eventually buy them all anyway!
