The SPH-M500 is a clamshell with internal antenna, cousin of the Samsung T619 available with T-Mobile. The CDMA phone has large external display and internal 262k color TFT one; it is slim (0.7) phone with 1.3-megapixel camera and Bluetooth. A nice addition to the features of the GSM-version is the GPS and the microSD slot for memory, in addition to the 50MB of internal memory.
