I seriously doubt it will help sales. We're gonna be swamped with people wanting to change their plan mid month, then next month swamped with people pissed about Prorated charges.

...not so much
Sprint needs to focus on improving customer service and fix the never-ending network problems that are both driving customers away in droves. People are GLADLY paying ETF's to get away from Sprint because of the extremely poor experience they have had. A flashy new calling plan won't keep customers.

I predict the number of Sprint port-in activations I receive here at VZW will not drop off whatsoever.

The continued loss of customers probably forced the company to announced today’s $99.99 Simply Everything plan.-Well spoken.

I'm not having any problems at all and customer service may be a problem but the customers can always talk to the people that sold their phone and they'll take care of it. 45 Acts a month and no ETFs in over a year im having no problems.

I hadn't had any ETF's thats crazy but Sprint does have customer service problems where they out-source your call to Asia which you just have to know the right sprint number to call for help and the in store Sales Reps are going to be a whole lot more helpful anyways. On top of act fee waivers virtual every company that owns anything gets a discount up to 30% off every bill

I AGREE 100%. UNLIMITED PLANS HAVENT IMPROVED SALES FOR ANYONE VERY MUCH THUS FAR AND I DONT EXPECT IT WILL VERY MUCH. BUT SPRINT DEF HAS WORK TO DO WITH THEIR NETWORK AND CUST SERVICE.
