Yeah the unlimited plan wont help to much, most of the customers are to cheap. I think we fix up the CS and we're good to go. Also marketing needs double what they're doing.
Lol What a retard...almost a month after they announced the unlimited plan for 119.99 $ now get smacked by others and they are forced to go with 99.99... RETARDS
Wow $99 is a awesome price for unlimited voice, data, text, e-mail, Web-surfing, Sprint TV, Sprint Music, GPS Navigation, Direct Connect and Group Connect for one flat monthly fee. Well, that's only if the customer doesn't have any problems with the network. That price would be awesome if it was on "America's Most Reliable Network".
To the reps that are whining about complicated plans...dont blame the customers, it's sprint thats offer all the complicated billing stuff. Make the plan $50 for all of it. You will get overloaded with customers. It will simplify the billing and the reps will quit whining. It will get competive just like dialup internet did in the late 90's. It started by the minute, then went to blocks of minutes, finally to a flate rate.
Sprint has decent plans, with earlier nights, incoming free, etc. Their Customer Service SUCKS and TOO MANY BILLING ERRORS! Dont Low Ball the INDUSTRY, work on getting Non Ghetto Employees
The "Non Ghetto Employees" comment was downright unneccesary and IGNORANT. But in America, what else do you expect? Anyways, I see a lot comments on how this will provide sales boosts for Sprint employees. I think it's a case of "too little, too late". 29.5 billion dollars?? 29.5 BILLION AMERICAN DOLLARS??? I am no accountant but I don't need to be one to realize that is ONE HELL OF A HIT for ANY company to withstand....even for a full year, let alone a quarter. 29.5 billion??? That is beyond comprehension folks. Hell, Microsoft couldn't even withstand that kind of blow, so how is a second rate cell company going to? Most of Sprint's network is roaming anyways ... and to me, THAT was the REAL problem. But, to all I wish success. If Sprint ever recovers from a loss like that, I would like to speak to their CFO. He could manage my 401k ANY TIME if they bounce back from this. 29.5 billion dollars and you Sprint employees are actually OPTIMISTIC about things??? Aye carumba !!!!!
