Sprint PCS launches protected Sanyo 7050

During the CTIA 2007 show, Sanyo announced the SCP-7050 as its most-protected phone, meeting 810F Military Specification, certified for dust, shock and vibration. This is relatively simple phone designed for heavy outdoor usage. The only features worth mentioning are the Bluetooth, GPS and large internal display, with QVGA 240x320 pixels resolution.

Sprint PCS offers it for $100 after rebates and you can order it now.

I love this phone, it works well, does not break or scratch easily. There is nothing bad I can say about the phone minus the fact that it does not have a camera

I love this phone , but this is the third time it drowns. i don't know how, but sprint is pissing me off. Sprint is great, but the idiots working there aren't. Oh it's water damage! How the F@*$ did it get water damage.it supposed to meet military standards. I dont shower or swim with the phone. I think thats the fastest way to get you to pay more $$$ water damage, of course is not covered.
