Sprint Diamond manual leaks out, will support Picture Mail

6700Yuma on PPCGeeks has posted the users manual for the upcoming Diamond, and it looks like Sprint has left TouchFlo 3D alone for the most part.  There is a new homescreen clock, the icons are in color when selected and SprintTV has been added, but overall it remains very similar to what we saw with the GSM Diamond including Opera Mobile and the YouTube application.  The manual more confirms what we knew than gives us new bits of information, but one diamond in the rough (sorry, we couldn't resist) is that it will support Sprint's Picture Mail service.  Lack of MMS has long been a gripe for smartphone users on Sprint, but it would appear that their wait is finally over.  Now hopefully that September 2 date holds true.

Actually, several older Sprint Pocket PCs supported Picture Mail. They dropped support when EV-DO came around.

Sprint has said that they will be offering Picture Mail to all Windows Mobile 6 devices on their network, later this year. This isn't really a shocker to see that it's going to be preinstalled on the Diamond. It would be more of a shock if it were absent, really.

my guess would be know. I don't think HTC as worked with MediaFlo at all to provide it so I strongly doubt it. Mobile TV from Verizon and AT&T is better than Sprints and requires a seperate antenna and uses a different signal only availble currently in big cities.
