Unreliable
If you're looking for a phone, keep looking. I had my S500i for exactly two weeks when it decided to shut itself down. I charged it, it is fully charged, and it will not power up. If you're looking for a sleek, $300 paperweight, this might be for you, though.

i have this i like the phone ofcourse i spend alot of money on it but the 2nd week the keypad started to crack from the middle because of txt msgs...its been 4 to 6 months nd my whole keypad buttons are cracked from the middle...if it was cheap wudnt matter but for a expensive fone its sexy but not very reliable....
