Great Phone!!

After several disappointments, I finally got the 700 and could NOT be any happier with it. The battery is great. The design is great. Its rugged and looks like a man phone. Sorry, but it does. I used to have a treo but couldn't hang anymore. I got this phone for me and I let work buy me a blackberry. I dont really need a camera anyway so for me it was logical. The gps on the 700 works like a pro (pun intended) and still the battery doesnt ever seem to deplete! Also..this is the BEST speakerphone you weill ever hear...it can almost be too loud. Such a problem yeah!!??

Ilove it. Thank you Sanyo! Please dont stop making this and if you do, let me know so I can buy a spare.

Seriously.

I have had this phone for a week here in the Boston area. The Q-Chat works great, better than my IC-902 did. The only gripe I have is with the call quality. The speaker phone works good enough, but the ear piece and microphone could be better. People always are saying I am low and they have their volume turned up all the way. I have mine up all the way and I can just hear people well enough as long as it's not in a loud room. Other than that and how it fits into the holster is a little odd. The phone and menu and ringers are great. I did not need a camera although that would be nice for Sanyo to add on the next one.

GREAT Phone!

Fantastic phone in terms of quality durability, signal strength, reception, and all the things you want from a phone, not a toy. Solid look and feel is a plus...I don't feel like I'm going to drop this thing, but if I did it feels like it would survive.

Overall, A great device from Sanyo. I will not be using the DC function (at least not initially) but the demo at the store was amazing. I think Sprint has successfully bridged the iDEN/CDMA gap with this quality device.

The TeleNav GPS feature is fantastic and the battery life is absolutely phenomenal!! I really love this phone and I'm glad I got it. If you're looking for a phone instead of a toy, this is it. By the way I'm not opposed to toys, I just let work pay for it. My money was well spent on this incredible Sanyo.
